Jesse Curtin came to the station to report he had a physical
altercation with his uncle Joe Curtin this afternoon. He
states that Joe became upset over a table that was left
outside. Joe became agitated, was yelling and, grabbed
Jesse by his jacket. Jesse said he punched his uncle to get
him away from him. Joe went into the house at 35 East Center
Street(which they share) but left a short time later in his
car. Jesse wanted to have the incident logged in light of
the recent problems his uncle has been in. I explained to
Jesse his 209A rights and gave him a copy of the same. I
also informed him that if he felt threatened or thought his
Uncle would harm himself or anyone else to call 911.
