Female party reporting her pocketbook was stolen from
vehicle while she was picking up her daughter from daycare.
Party was informed to cancel all credit cards immediately.
Narrative:
A teacher from Kindercare called to provide further
information. She stated that at approximately 3:15 pm, an
employee of hers observed a white male, approx. 5'10", dirty
blonde hair, in a green colored sedan, hanging around the
parking lot of the business. The employee observed the male
subject exit his vehicle and attempt to enter a parked car
in the lot, setting the car alarm off. The subject became
startled and left the area in his vehicle.
Narrative:
Officer Winkler speaking with victim who had her pocketbook
stolen. Officer Winkler now reporting that stolen
pocketbook book was found in the parking lot of 333 Manley
Street (Primesource). Officer Winkler has recovered the
stolen item and is assessing any loss with the victim.
Narrative:
At this time, Maureen Sass, the owner of Children's Express
at 359 Manley Street reported similar suspicious activity.
She stated that for the past week or so, a green colored
sedan beginning with MA Reg #646, occupied by a white male
in his forties, was parking in the business lot. She stated
that he was their today at approximately 2:30 pm. He was
seen sitting in his vehicle observing parents and employees
as they exited their vehicles. When approached by an
employee, the subject stated that he was looking for someone
who worked at a day care. The subject was described in
similar nature as the party at the incident involving
Kindercare. Childrens Express is located approximately 50
yards from where the stolen pocketbook was found at
Primesource.
Narrative:
Officer Winkler checking local Day cares for possible
suspect. Also out speaking with involved parties at both
businesses.
Narrative:
Officer Winkler reports that after speaking with a witness
at the business on Manley Stree (Childrens Express). The
involved green sedan is believed to be a Toyota, with a slim
, pointed front end.

Officer Winkler has returned the pocketbook to the victim.
All items inside are accounted for and nothing is missing,
however, it appears that one of the credit cards may have
been used in a purchase of some kind.

Fitzgibbons) calling him and threatening to beat him up.
Ramoska stated that they have been arguing over a girl and
now Fitzgibbons called him once today and threatened to beat
him up. Ramoska was informed to let Fitzgibbons know that
he contacted the police and to stop calling. Ramoska was
told to call back if the phone calls continued.
