DSS about filing a 51A. He would like us to check on the
welfare of the children.

Narrative:
Both officer Kominsky & Pope are out speaking with the

Narrative:
Officer Pope checked the welfare of the children and they

Narrative:
Upon check of the residence, Kelly was sober and the
children were asleep in their beds. There was no issue for
concern for the safety of the children. Kelly was very
upset and stated that she feels that Mr. Ciccolo is
harassing her to the point where she cannot leave the house.

I then spoke with Mr. Ciccolo via the telephone. I informed
him that his children were home safely and asleep. He
changed his previous statement and said that "a family
member from Tiffany Circle" called him earlier to tell him
that Kelly was not home with the kids. He also stated that
the same "family member" called at 9PM when Kelly arrived
home. He stated that it is ridiculous that they are out
past 9PM and that is why he called us. I informed him that
this is a civil issue and that it needs to be dealt with via
the court system.

Narrative:
Sophia from DSS called to ask the outcome of the situation
with the children and the mother. She was told there was no
problem with the children or the mother at this time.
