During prom time, there is an increased incidence of drunk driving accidents and deaths among teenagers. In 1995, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that while the number of alcohol-related fatalities involving young people (ages 15 to 20) decreased over the past few years, there are still too many youth dying in alcohol-related highway crashes each year. Drunk driving is a significant problem throughout the country; a drunk driver kills a person every 22 minutes.

1 drink = 5 oz. of 12% wine
1 drink = 1.5 oz. of 80% proof liquor
1 drink = 12 0z. of 5% beer
Neither coffee nor a cold shower will help sober someone up.
Only time can do that.
