DATE OF HIRE 1/15/14
Prior to this, I Graduated West Bridgewater Middle/Senior High School with the class of 2004. While still in school, I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps where I served 5.5 years. I spent the first 2 years in my primary military occupational specialty of Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense. I spent the last 3.5 years serving abroad as a Marine Embassy Guard at various locations including Bamako, Mali, Sao Paulo, Brazil, & Brussels, Belgium.
Education:
I currently hold a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Bridgewater State University and hope to pursue a doctorate.
My time off:
In my off time I enjoy playing golf (terribly), fishing, riding my motorcycle, snowboarding, and snowmobiling.
Best/Hardest part of being a Police Officer:
To me, the best & hardest thing about being a Police Officer is the same; unpredictability. There are no two calls that are exactly alike, therefore, keeping the job fresh and exciting. This is also why we must always continue to train and stay alert because we never know who we are dealing with or what we are walking into.
